The Story of UC-Coding: From Founding the Team to Becoming Project Manager
On November 16, 2022, I founded UC-Coding.“It was a significant step in my career, and I aimed to build a team capable of executing complex and ambitious projects,” I recall. By November 22, our team was fully formed, and we began working together on our first projects. “From the very beginning, it was clear that we weren’t just here to complete tasks, but to create something meaningful,” said one of the team members.
Initially, I was part of the team as a backend developer. It was a period of intense work and mutual learning, where each of us contributed to the overall success. “We were all on the same page—everyone understood the importance of their work and was ready to support each other,” I remember. However, as the projects became more complex, it became evident that the team needed a Project Manager who could effectively coordinate the work and guide the team toward achieving our goals.
Thanks to my skills and experience in project management, the team chose me for this role. “It was a pivotal moment when I realized that I was now responsible not just for the code, but for the success of the entire team,” I reflect. From that point on, I began to take on the duties of Project Manager while continuing to actively participate in the development and progression of our projects. This role allowed me not only to apply my knowledge but also to make a significant contribution to the team's success.
Today, I continue to serve as the Project Manager at UC-Coding, leading the team in the execution of new ambitious projects and ensuring their successful completion. “We've become more than just a team of developers; we're a family, united by common goals and a commitment to excellence,” I proudly say, looking back at our achievements.
By March, thanks to the successful completion of tasks and demonstrated results, I was entrusted with more responsibilities as both Project Manager and Product Manager. Now, I am involved not only in project management but also in the strategic development of the product, making key decisions and guiding the team toward achieving our goals. "Leading the charge on both fronts—technical and strategic—has been incredibly rewarding," I reflect. "It's a testament to the hard work and dedication that our team puts in every day."
